Meet Founder, Clare Hefferren
Clare J. Hefferren is a transformational brand marketing leader with over 30 years of experience guiding purpose-driven organizations to evolve with clarity, coherence, and scale. She spent nearly two decades as founder and CEO of Callosum, a purpose-driven branding agency for the outdoor industry. There she built campaigns for clients including Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Kind Bikes and Skis, and 7-time world-champion Rebecca Rusch. Her leadership delivered measurable results, from elevating Rent Net’s valuation from $150M to $1B in 16 months, to driving 1,442% digital growth for Kind Bikes, to managing Putnam Sourcing’s 17 accounts valued at $2.3M, including Fox Head, LeTigre, Fender Guitars, LRG, and Lucky.
In 2024, Clare intentionally closed Callosum to expand into her next venture, Wonder Pact, to bring her strategic expertise into a more expansive, human-centered container. Wonder Pact weaves brand strategy with energy leadership, quantum principles, and social impact to guide individuals, teams, and communities to presence and resonance. Its offerings position strategic architecting, as branding and leadership, as ceremonial, transformational work.
Based in Vail, Colorado, Clare is equally at home in the backcountry and the boardroom. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast and professional alpine ski instructor, she draws on nature as her greatest teacher of flow, risk, and alignment. She also advises at CORIS, at Ascent Accelerator, serves on the Women in Leadership Board at the University of Colorado, and speaks nationally on brand transformation, leadership, and conscious business.
